Help!!! Drum brake problems

I have replaced all of the components on the rear of my 94. I have been having a problem with the right rear adjuster screw keeps falling out of place and i loose all pedal pressure, this has happened a few times and i can not think of anything. has anyone ever had this problem and know how to fix this?

There is a chance that you have a left side adjuster in the right side brake and it is self adjusting in instead of out. The threads on one side are conventional right hand and on the other they are left hand. The parts are often stamped R or L to help prevent confusion.
