I have a 2002 Ranger with the 2.3 that is 4x2 and has a manual transmission. When I was driving this morning after engine warming up on way to town I noticed my oil pressure gauge was fluttering when I was stopped at a light and in neutral. Yesterday, I was replacing my emergency brake mechanism and had to grind through rubber boot holding emergency brake wire in place. I noticed I sliced through a tiny black wire
(ground wire?) that was located by this little blue sensor behind the clutch pedal. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
