Explorer headlights in a Ranger?

Can I replace my headlights in my Ranger with these Explorer ones on ebay?

Cause one of mine has a lot of water in it and I also want clear corners. Gettin that one posted above would save me money. Would it fit?

when i smashed the front end I used explorer front end to replace it. its the same thing with the first gen explorer and gen2 ranger
ya that is the right thing. it will fit in place of the current one. you have to take the grille out and the top plastic retainer. its not to hard to do, but it should fit
