When you turn the key to Run, does your CEL come on?
If not, check the PCM fuse, then the PCM relay (swap it with another).
The PCM relay powers the fuel pump relay. And there is a PCM Power Diode, make sure it isn't loose. Tested with an ohmmeter, it will only have continuity in one direction (swap the meter leads).
Check the grounds on the block, radiator support and inner fenders.
Wiggle wires while watching the CEL or listening for the fuel pump.
