My 2000 ranger is leaking fluid off a little ledge in the lower front center
that contains a finned cooler . I can't tell if it is the cooler leaking or
something in the area. Its definately power steering fluid because the
resevoir was empty. My question is about that cooler. Is that on the
power steering line or is the fluid dripping '' onto'' the fins from somewhere
else?

I have the same exact problem you had. Did you ever figure out where the leak was coming from? I don't think it's from my cooler, I'm thinking it's leaking from whatever is behind the cooler.
