Power Windows need To be Fixed

for the past month or so, i've noticed that my windows jump around as they go up and down. is there a special lubricant or grease that i can buy to fix it?? nothing is wrong with the motor itself.. on cold rainy days, ive noticed they seem to go up and down just fine (assuming the moisture is helping i guess). thanks guys for any input

Mine do it too. I believe it to be the plastic bushing around the vertical piece. I put some oil on that track and it help for a day or so. I don't know what else to do either.
