Icon4 Need Seatbelt Pretensioner wiring help!!!!

So picked up a 2001 Ranger XLT supercab and the airbag light is on. It blinked code 4-6. Checked the driverside pretensioner and noticed that the wires were cut right after they clipped together. The two wires are a black wire and a gry/blue wire.

Now, I'm assuming that I can just splice the wires back to where they belong and my issue will be solved. However, I cannnot find where they were cut from. I did notice however that in the wiring harness under the seat the same color wires seem to be cut and poking out but they seem thinner than the cut wires.

Is this where I need to splice the wires from the seatbelt in or is there a different spot where the pretensioner wires poke out and with regards to the harness I have a seperate issue.

Pics of the location of the wires would be helpful. Thanks!

I'll see if I can grab a picture tomorrow. I might be going to the junkyard to pull an auto dimming mirror for my truck. I just gutted a 2002 ranger to take the vinyl floor last week so the wiring is all exposed. I'll try to get some pictures
