Pre-wired truck

If a 1999 Ranger XLT 2.5L auto had factory cruise but no power window or locks, would it be pre-wired for them?

nope. you need all the wiring and harnesses from the truck with power windows and locks. I looked into it a few years ago but it wasn't worth it to me

I don't remember, Take the black part of your door panel off and see if there is a bunch of wires in there or not.
3 or 4 clips on top, rolls out of the bottom. stick a tiny screwdriver inbetween the the black piece and your door panel and work it around.

Or wait for someone to chime in with the actual answer. i think somebody actually tried to swap this, Search for it.

Well what it is there is a Ranger on craigslist that has cruise but nothing else. If it was pre-wired, I was gonna go get the wiring harness. Its a hour and a half away so I wanted to make sure before I go. I know what I'm looking for if it is pre-wired but just didn't know the probability of this one being pre-wired since it had cruise. I already have all the cruise parts and know how to put it in but if I had the harness then it would make it easier later for power windows and locks if I wanted to add it.
