Silverstar Ultras

Just put these lights in last to replace the blown silverstars and they are actually a bit brighter than the originals. Awesome lights! Can't wait to get my free set from Sylvania on my blown lights(highbeams blew) that only lasted 6 months.

I bought em for my 92 Subaru Wagon Mafia Legacy....only cost me $20 after rebates and instant savings!! Dang i love those lights!!! It's been a while since I had the origional silverstars, but I do believe the ultras are superbly better.

I got a pair, and installed em in a buddys driveway shortly after. Driving home that night I was just thinking "damn these things are bright I bet you could pick out a deer easy" and lo and behold, right around the next turn I go, and about 250m away 2 pairs of green reflective eyes on the shoulder. Worth every penny imo.

Ya these lights are great!! The one problem I have is i got the correct size for the fog lights and about 3 months after having them each bulb went out very close to each other. Has anyone else had this problem or did I just get a bad pair? I love them but I dont wanna spend the money on them again if they are just gonna blow that soon again.

They say they only last about half as long as original replacements. I habe a thread around here somewhere when both of my highbeams on them went out at the same time. I sent them an e-mail complaining and they sent me a repalcement set, after I sent mine back to them, since they were only 6 months old.

I got em cuz I used to work second shift. You can see deer EXTREMELY easy and they are just all out bright. I have people either flash their lights at me to turn my brights off or pull over.lol I have 9007's in the headlights and 2005's in the fogs with the foglight mod. I have $110 staring you in the face and Id pay it again if I had to.
