Front Brake Issues

Hey everyone, I have a little issue and I'm not sure whats wrong. I just changed my front rotors and pads on my '04 Ranger. After removing the old pads I noticed that the inside pads were worn much more than the outside pads. So I replaced the rotors with Wearever rotors and the pads with Wearever Semi-Metallic pads. Everything has been fine for a week. All of a sudden this morning I got this awful grinding noise on the drivers side. I have no idea why just now it started grinding again with brand new rotors and pads less than a week old. Everything fit perfect going back together and had no issues. Any ideas? I'm at a loss right now. Anything would help. Thanks.

Did you check the caliper bolts?

Ranger/Exs are somewhat notorious for coming loose, better check them ASAP.....

UPDATE: So I had to go to the store and when I got to a light I stopped and my drivers side wheel locked up...I had to put the truck in reverse to get it unlocked. I'm not real familiar with brake issues but I know this isn't good...
