how do i turn them on? 03 ford ranger

 

On mine, when you turn the interior lighting **** to the point where the interior lights come on, it turns on the cargo light as well.

 

 

Some the early-production 2003s have cargo lights but Ford deleted them later in the model year. If you have them, they can be turned on by rolling the dimmer wheel until it clicks.

 

yeah my 2000 would come on but my 2003 doesn't, you can rewire it, there was a post about it on the ranger station, but sux

 

2003's have all of the wiring in the harness, even the later ones that don't actually have the cargo lights. Just substitute a white/red/white cargo/stop light and plug it in. The cargo light wiring was deleted from the roof harness in the early part of the 2004 model year.

 

mines an 03 and doesnt have them itd be a nice mod to do though

 

i added them to mine and wired it to come on when i open the door like the F150
