Ok, I'm a little embarassed to admit this, but I never really figured this out.

If it's cold out, you use the heater inside the cab, but it causes the windshield to fog up. So you turn on the cold air and set the fan to blow air at the windshield. This defogs the windshield, but also makes the inside of the cab, and you cold, so you switch back to heat (towards your feet). But doing so causes the windshield to fog up again.

So do you switch back and forth from defrost/cold and feet/heat?

Yep. Easiest way is to just go hot with the defroster from the very begining.

Simple, set your heater control switch to the second to last position (that shows the windshield/seat) and air movement will be to both locations
