Is it the plug for the hydraulic clutch resevoir? It's not the PS or washer fluid or oil or anything like that. I've done a lot to my truck and never seen it?

it was in my clutch fluid resevoir

its a rubber bladder. it helps equalize pressure in the reservoir so when it moves up clutch fluid doesn't come weeping out of the cap hole its just air.. leave it in..

biggest problem is morons that pull the cap on the clutch reservoir and just think its low and fill up that bladder
