Side Exit Exhaust Questions

I have a few questions for those with side exit exhausts.

Does the moisture from the exhaust effect the paint?
Is your paint stained over in that area?

those with flaresides, how long are the exhaust tips that you used?

does the moisture effect your wheels? as in stain them?

My tip is a bit more funky than most have. Depending on the angle, it looks like dual, but its a split tip. Its a few inches off the bed, so there are no problems with the paint, and none with the wheels.

why not put them side outlet behind the tire? then you wouldn't have to worry about your spring mounts being foward...

ok, so i just went outside and looked at mine, it's going to be hard to do on yours, because mine are nearly touching the hanger.

My option works well if you're worried about clearing the hangers. I'm sure the two big bends don't help performance, but if you're only doing it for looks, it should work. I wish mine didn't hang so far down. (I can't think of any other way to write that comment)

duals gets pricy. its like 75 or 100 per side then.

Or you could just do single side exit on a 45* which I plan on doing.
