Modded some old mods

I made a few changes to two old mods on my truck.

First change was I finally ran a direct feed for my rear power outlet

Second change replaced the halo light effect in my offraod lights
(check the bottom of my page for the update)

Looks good George. Are you worried about water getting in?

In the lights or in the rear power vent?

Whoops, should have elaborated, I meant the lights. With the duct tape over the wire, I'm just wondering about the quality of the seal.

That's actual duct vent tape, which has an incredible grip and is made with actual metal. I seriously doubt any moisture could make it through that stuff. The whole back of the relector is encased by the light housing, so it's supposed to be water free back there.

Plus, I'm really not too worried about these lights. They are EL Cheapo ProComps, so it's not like I'm drilling a set of PIAAs. My left light took a rock hit a few months ago, and smashed the glass. ProComp was supposed to send a "whole" assembly, but they really just send new glass. I picked out the old glass, cleaned the channel, caulked the **** out of it, then stuck on the new glass. I figure with fine workmanship like that; drilling a hole in it isn't going to hurt much.

To make a long expanation short; These are cheap lights, so I'm not worried about damaging them.
