Squeaking noise coming from Rear passenger side.

It seems like after I make my first left turn and straighten my wheels, I hear a high pitch squeaking noise coming from the rear passenger break drum area. Does it sound like something needs to be replaced back there or lubricated? Thanks Andy.

Could be anything. That's pretty vague.
