Squeaking when turning and moving

I've noticed a pretty annoying squeak coming from the front of my truck when I turn my wheel. It only happens when I turn to the right. I have to turn it more than 50% in either direction for it to make the noise, and I only hear it when the truck is in motion. The squeak is in sync with how fast I am moving. Would this be ball joints or tie rod ends?

the noise associated with bad ball joints or tie rods does not typically increase or decrease with the speed of the vehicle. If this is the case, I'd look more at the front brake pads and or wheel bearings.
