Hi I am having a problem with my 2002 ranger 2wd 2.3 5spd. The truck has around 145k on it now , but my problem is sometimes I will go to start the truck and it will just turn over till the battery dies. It acts like its not getting spark. If you let it sit for about a hr it will start up and drive like nothing ever happend. Its recently starting to occur more often now and I am having trouble figuring it out. Do you think this can be a problem with the fuel filter I can hear the fuel pump turning on when i turn the key. Any suggestions?
