Stock Radio acting up...

Well this is weird. I start my truck today, radio turns on normally. Shift into D, radio cuts out. Shift back into N, it works again.
1/4 throttle, doesnt work, WOT it does.
Cruising at 40mph at 1/4 throttle doesnt work, throw it in N, works until i put it back into D.
Put it in Park and it works again.

This whole time the display on the radio never turns off, the CD never stops going..
The speakers dont put out any noise, occasionally the radio would fade in and out when coming back on.

The stereo is the stock unit, 6 disc changer, no aux input on a 2006 FX4.

WHAT GIVES?!

I was thinking that. I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow for a warranty fix, assuming they can fix it.

However I dont think it's just the radio, as the shifting into park, drive and neutral screws it up.....
