if you don't run a relay your going to have to run a huge(like trucker fuse) which will get to hot and burn out your switch and could possibly cause a fire

OK, should be 4 wires off the relay:
*Positive from Bat
*Positive to Lights
*Ground to Chassis
*Positive from switch.
If you've got them all hooked up correctly, every time you flip the switch in the cab, you should hear the relay clicking (openning and closing). If you hear that, and the lights still dont come on, check your connections to the lights and that the lights are grounded correctly.

I know this might sound stupid, but did you run a hot wire TO the switch, then to the relay? The switch needs power to send to the relay to trigger it. You'd be suprised how many people don't know that.

Looks great !!!!!

Now, where did you run the hot wire from fro the switch? Ideally, it should be on a "switched" circuit with a 5 amp fuse between the power source and the switch.
