Tips on stock exhaust

Me and some of my friends were messing around and made an exhaust tip and i was wondering if it would really change the sound of my truck?

the tip will do nothing but make it look like what ever the tip looks like?

What do yall think would be the best setup to go with on a new exhaust.
Ive decided I want duals true or not......as long as its duals. I just need hints on mufflers and tips.
