what is the official torque lbs to use for the wheel lugs on an 01-03 ranger?

WRONG!!!
it is 100, trust me i torque cars every day. you can also do a search that will also say that the correct torque is 100

depends. Aluminum wheels take 90-100. Steel 100lb/ft

The 2002 S/M says 100 lb-ft and does not make a distinction between steel and aluminum wheels.

the very large majority of ford 1/2 studs will be 100 lb/fts
and leo its lb./fts instead of ft/lbs...
