will 1993 intake fit on 97?

will 1993 intake fit on 97?

I have a k&N i am wanting to trade for a stock intake...someone has a 93' will it fit my 97' and vice versus...

i have the stock intake on my 96, but what engine do you have

if you have the same engine like a 2.3 and a 2.3 then yes they will fit

Didn't the intake setup change at some point? I think it was in 95 or 96.

ohh when they switched from OBD I to OBD II?

Possibly. I remember the early 90s trucks having a different intake setup. The opening was actually in the fender or something.

i am pretty sure it changed in 95 or 96 but not sure

well the way my intake was set up was the cone was bolted to the engine bay but it hand a snorkle going thru to behind the fender

you are all the way in my home spomping ground..i grew up in rialto....I have a 2.3 but dont want to be without intake for a week while it ships

ya thats way different than 94...it had a crappy square filter....it was impossible to change
