4r55e to M5R1 Swap = Speedo & Odometer not working

I have a 1996 Mazda B4000 4x4.
After swapping in a M5R1 manual trans, and ditching my 4r55e, my speedo and odometer no longer work! Both the sensors on the transfer case and the rear differential are brand new, so those are not the problem. I just pulled out the Instrument Cluster, tested the speedo motor with a AA battery, and it works. Also checked the worm gear and it is fine.
This leads me to believe that at some time during the swap, I caused a problem somewhere with the wiring.

I have a multimeter, but no schematics, so I have no idea what wires to check.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I need this speedometer to work for my nearing emissions testing due date.
