What are my options for Gauge Cluster Replacement

What other panels can I use? I want to use one with a tach in it. Can it be done? I have a 97 Ranger 2.3 4cyl. I would love to have something that actually works correctly. I was thinking this one or something similar.

This is what I have now. Except it dpoesn't work right the speedo is slow to respond and the lens is missing and the previous owner screwed up the install of white face panels.

That's pretty pricy. Can Probly get one at a junkyard for under fifty. The ones w a tach should bolt right in

Yeah I am guessing all the wiring is already in the harness all i have to do is plug in the connectors and it should function. It's weird the gauge cluster in there now the Fuel Cap light comes on and there is nothing where the Check engine light should be. under further examination I found that the wiring is correct and that indeed the check engine light is wired to the check fuel cap light. I am hoping that a new one will also remedy this issue too.

That ebay one is a little high. I buy them at the junkyard all day for around $22ish.
