I know this has probably been posted a zillion times but I did a search and couldent find a damn thing.

I need to know what to use and where to use it.

My door sensor is sticking and the dome lights and door ajar stay on and its aggravating so can someone plz help?

That happened to mine, I just took it to Ford and they replaced the door jam notch.

So...my post is pointless since it dosnt help you...

 

I am not under warranty so I need to know how to do it myself.

 

Spray some WD40 on the contacts, should fix you right up.
