Another OHC Q...

I remember seeing somewhere how to program the OHC for a specific region. Anyone have that link or care to explain how to do it? My searching abilities seem to be retarded right now and I'm not locating what I thought was posted in this forum community. It could have been on rps or ORR. ???

That's what I was after! Thanks Bob!

There any way I could move you out here after I buy all the mods I want so that you can just help me install them? LOL

One other question, is there a way I can remove the AC outlets off the radio bezel for painting or am I just going to have to tape them off?

Edit:

GEM? I'm waiting for cardomain to load (it's being slow, timed out earlier) so I can view John's page on the OHC install but I remember I need to tap into the GEM, among other things. Is that the big black "junction box" on the left hand side of the radio bezel area where the wires for the radio, electric 4x4, and cig lighter/12v outlet are?

Once the radio bezel is off, you can carefully pry the plastic tabs on the back to release the A/C outlets. I think there might be 7 of them.

You don't have a GEM in a 2004+. The former functions of the GEM, CSM and interior fuse panel have been taken over by the Smart Junction Box in the PS kick panel.

sorry, miswording on my part. I got the vents off no problem. I'm referring to the "ac outlets" as the 2 12v power outlets. One bottom left (below your ABS disable switch) and one upper right (above your stock fog light and offroad light toggle switches).
