This used to be installed on my 2000 Ranger. Not sure what years it would be a direct bolt on for.

I made it myself, and cannot guarantee the hitch strength. I never actually used the hitch to tow anything. It's a 2" receiver that I purchased from northern tool and welded to the bumper. It comes with brackets to mount it to a 2000 Ranger. I used the standard bolt locations on the frame that a hitch would use.
