O lol thats cheaper than I tought. Im gonna have to ****** up an OHC and buy me some of these LEDs. The only way itd be cooler is if they had the ability to move around and do cool stunts if ya know what I mean.
Can I special order one of these in different colors buggman?
I can do them in white, red, yellow & green at the moment, possibly blue if I have enough led's.
Custom orders will be slightly more & they'll need to be pre-paid due to the nature of the beast.
I've got a complete OHC that I'm going to be listing one of these days, but I want to paint all the black parts before it goes public.
The complete OHC will be a bit more than the junk yard guys can get them for, mostly due to cleaning/painting/ them plus I gotta pay for the ohc's & shipping.
Ok iv got an idea for ya (Yes, im prolly smokin crack again). What I was thinking is use the regualr LEDs you are but down the middle, horizontally, put a row of red LEDS. Then put in some kind of relay where they light up one at a time goin back and fourth. Any of you older gentleman know exactly what im talkin bout! Knight Rider! How much would that run me?
And heres another idea if thats too complicated: Run a set of reds horizontally and vertically to make a crosshair look. How much would that be?
The knight rider effect would be cool, but it would require more electrical knowledge than I currently possess.
The cross hair might work, but it wouldn't be centered on either side due to the way the led's are setup. Also, it really wouldn't show through the lens... it would look kinda like a pink accent in the middle of the sea of white led's.
