Amps, subs, headunit, wiring. - MO

Selling this for my friend. (copied from his posting)
2 Kicker kx1200.1
1 Kicker 350.2
2 Kicker SL710 subwoofers
2 Kicker sub grills
1 custom spl box (if you have MK3 Jetta you're good to go)
a ton of wire 0 and 4 gauge (all you'll need)
1 150 amp circuit breaker
1 fuse block
2 fuse holders
1 Power Acoustik PTID-4004 DVD head unit
System was all bought new by me, have like 3k in it (hit 143db in a trunk car)
asking $1000
Willing to separate door speaker amp and head unit.
Head unit- $50
Door amp - $100
*amp sale will include necessary wiring
Will possibly sell just subs. (Waiting to hear back from him)

Can you find out why he's selling the HU so cheap? Sounds like a fantastic deal if it's in working order.

Head unit works just fine, the trim piece was cut a little bit. It looks fine mounted.
He didn't pay a lot for the head unit, so that's prolly why
