This does include the bracket too, it is on the back of the OHC in the pic...

 

where do you run the wire for that?

 

It runs down the A pillar, in front of the driver. Two wires are tied into the dome light, two wires have to go to where ever you want to mount the temp sensor, stock is on the drivers frame horn in front of the radiator, and the rest are tied in to the power behind the radio.
