Need a bulb change for my RPM gauge

My RPM gauge backlight went out and now i have to change the bulb. Anyone know how to get the damn dashboard off? I figured i'd start here before i dive right in because I don't have much experience in taking off dashboards. Any help is greatly appreciated!
