2003 Ranger Fx4 4.0 TR- DBR long travel, Deaver G50, 305/70R16 MTRs, Supercharged, C4x4 bumpers, super sliders, 10K winch lots of lights and radios.
I will see what I can dig up, but the top mounts go to the bumper bolt that light tabs bolt to and use the hole next to that bolt for another, then there 2 18in or so brackets that mount back along the frame rail and come up through the valance next to the tow hooks. hope that makes some sense.
the way your KC lights were mounted, did it block your headlights or the amber lights in the headlights?
the KC's covered 1/4 of the blinker, not enough to cause issue I had them that way for 3+ years. I did do the blinker mod just in case, you can also turn them to the inside of the guard and not block the blinkers at all, my plan was to run a winch and the control box would have been in the way if I did that, so I mounted them outside. worked well and gave the truck a unique look.
