Planning on taking out the old interior (2000 XLT stepside). Getting it ready to: insulate the whole cab with Fatmat, replace carpet with vinyl and put in two buckets (the bench is pretty well trashed).

I did about the same exact thing that the OP is doing...i replaced my ratty carpet with vinyl and trashed my trashed 60/40s in favor of awesome buckets and a shorty center. Can't wait to the see the pics Andy!
