99 Instrument cluster not working

So last weekend I replaced a broken gear indicator, after i was finished putting the dash back together i realized not one of my gauges worked, literally none of them. My dash lights still turn on, the theft, airbag light, and my cruise control still turn on but my abs and check engine light don't come on right when i start it like it usually does. i made sure the wires that insert into the cluster are connected correctly so i am not to sure where to look next? any advice would be awesome thanks!

Check fuses 11 & 25 in the IP fuse panel. If they're good then you'll need to pull the cluster and re-check for loose pins in the connectors.
