I have had center console issues for a few months now. Today I took it apart to find that the main base/supprort of the console had bad mounts. The screws that are attached to the floor ripped and where unfixable.

I decided to fix it which turned out to be very easy.

If any of you have a loose or wobbly center console try this.

Take apart your console which is by far the hardest part. Once you get it apart you will see the metal base attached to the floor. I ran 2 self tapping screws into the floor board and sure enough it fixed the problem. You wouldnt imagine the difference it makes in ride comfort and noise comfort.

 

I am having the same issue, three of the bolts broke off. Where did you put the screws through? I was going to add new bolts with big washers. I noticed cracking on the metal as well.....
