What can i do to stop the heat???

Hey guys, ive put up with it for awhile but now with the 90 degree days i cant stand it my legs are burning, I have no carpet in my ranger just the vinyl flooring and the heat i guess from the motor and trans is coming through my bottom a/c ducts, its ridiculous i want to bedline it but fear that would only make it worse and i cant put carpet in it cus its always in the woods and the carpet would be destroyed, what the hell can i do guys

there is insulation stuff you can get from Home depot that comes in spray on form like bed liner or padded stuff like dynomat.
