The explorer console w/ inverter mod

Finally found a nice Explorer console, but the hole in the back was driving me nuts.

This is a Cobra 480w inverter, mounted where the rear blower motor was. I just removed the end plate and extended the wires. It is set in a piece of ABS plastic bolted in place of the rear A/C control panel.

That gives me:
2 original 12v outlets
1 new 12v on the side of the console
2 110v outlets on the inverter
1 USB outlet on the inverter

I don't really have much else to add for a how-to. I ran 6 gauge wire to the battery with a 50 amp fuse, thats about all there is to it.

Since you missed it, I'll help you out. If I had buckets/console I would swap mine for one of those.

Now I just need something less girly than tissues to put in the tissue holder, shop rags maybe? The buggman switch panel looks good but I don't need the switches for anything.
