How to Remove Rear Jump Seats
I've been searching, but haven't found an answer. I want to remove my (2) rear jump seats from my '01 XLT. I can see one of the mounting bolts if I look down into the seat, but there must be another one that I can't locate. Where might it be? In addition, how does one remove the plastic trim surrounding the side/front at the bottom? Does that pull straight off or does it need to be lifted off?

Yeah the plastic needs to come off..........there should be a round push pin thing(i have a good vocabulary) that holds the top part plastic on. Then the plastic just pops off. Once you get the plastic off you will see the bolts. I think you need a torx socket to get two of the bolts off.
