Gauges Won't Work

I haven't been on here in ages, but I figured someone here would know.

I tore apart my instrument cluster and rebuild it the same way I took it apart. My needles on my gauges won't move anywhere. I have a full tank of gas and it read 1/4 tank. The tachometer and speedometer don't work either.

What about finding a new-used cluster ?

Did you put the needles back on too tight? Are the harnesses plugged back in correctly? Did you install a gauge overlay off eBay? If so, does the overlay restrict the needle movement around the circle opening in the decal?

Don't know what more to say considering the original description.
