As you can see from this picture, the seat track is an assembly
that houses the seat adjustments, supports the seat back (hence the adjustment), and bolts to the floor.
You'll need to remove the 4 bolts that mount the track to the seat bottom. Then you'll have to remove the metal L bar that runs along the back of the seat.
the underside of the handle(s) on the adjustments, you can easily remove them from the pin that sticks through the seat track frame.
After that, you need to remove the torx bolts that are slightly under the seat-back cover. The seat will remove in two parts, the bottom and the back.
The yellow circles indicate the bolt locations that need to be removed, along with the metal cross bar and it's two bolts.
