redoing interior AGAIN

Ok guys, when i painted my interior...just the vents and the door peices....I was lazy and didnt sand them first....now they look like crap. They have alot of paint on them and a clear coat. My question is, whats the best way to get all the paint and stuff off and get where I can sand it down and do it right? Thanks.
