My 03 buckets came apart easy but it is time consuming.
The back is removed first, the you can unfasten the covers.
The covers should pull inside out to remove and do the reverse to install.
What kind of a price are you paying ?
Why I ask is there is a shop on this site that seems OEM REpo Set Covers, a little pricey but they are nice stuff, goos workmanship and the material IS OEM.
Anyway luck with them, take your time and do it right the first time.

full day??
theres 4 8 mill bolts, and a few plastic clips and hog rings. i swapped covers in my truck in an hour, i swapped backs in 45 minutes, i installed FX4 lumber in an hour 30 with my of fabrication parts.
flat head screwdriver, 8, 10 and 12 mill, 6" extension, your set.
just take your time so you dont rip anything.

i could do them in that time, but having the experience working on them all day every day puts me there. i talked a member though getting a set apart over the phone, and it took an hour just to get the first seat apart. someone without a lot of experience is going to a lot of time into these seats.
