Icon5 Led Gauge Cluster help

ok so im planning on doing the LED gauge cluster mod soon. but i dont know what type of led i need,i dont know what the diffrence between a 800 mcd and a 1000 mcd light is. also what resistor i should use with what bulb.

higher the mcd = brighter the illumination.

if you are going 'plug and play' with your leds, you'll need six # 194 leds.

You won't get a different color out of it unless you take the cluster apart and wet sand the green color coating off the factory overlay.
