Little project on my day off

So tomorrow I have the day off and I'm thinking of going into canadian tire to pick up some dupli-color paint to do a few of my interior pieces the same color as my exterior. Right now im thinking the door handle surrounds, bezel, and maybe the bottom console. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for me? Also the disassembly is going to be a task on it's own because I have no clue how to take them apart I'm just assuming ill figure it out.
The correct process i'm currently aware of is a couple coats of primer, followed by two or three coats of the paint, and topped of by a couple coats of clear coat.
Just wanting to make sure I've got the right idea and the required tools and maybe suggestions on other interior pieces that would look good painted.
Thanks.

clean the pieces very very well.. lots of soap and scrubbing..

Might want to try some plastic adhesion promoter also.
