To summarize, the only work involved is getting to the actual gauges. This requires:
- Remove the plastic knee-board panel (4 torx screws and 2 clips)
- Remove the metal knee-board (6 bolts)
- Remove the radio bezel (2 screws and some clips)
- Remove the gauge bezel (6 torx screws)
- Work the gauge bezel out from between the dash and the steering wheel
- Disconnect the headlight switch connector and dimmer switch connector
- Remove the gauge cover (plastic cover, 6 torx screws around perimeter)
- Pull the gauges off from the cluster (3 pieces - left, center, and right, speedo and tach are on center piece)
- Pull the 194 bulbs from their sockets
- Replace with 194 Inverted Cone LED's
- Pull the 161 bulbs from their sockets (turn signal indicator, theft light, other warning lights)
- Replace with 161 inverted cone LED's
- Reassemble, start truck, turn on lights, enjoy...

Guage cluster and switches took me about 8 hours (but i didit at like 1 am and was watching tv). You could do the gauge cluster in 2-3 hours if you were setup and ready to go.

Someone else used these

With a brighter result.
Keep in mind that you have a different cluster than the ones modded so far. You may be the first if you change the color of your 04.

I havent seen anyone do this with a 93 dash. Im sure you can do white with no problems. But any other color you will need to pull needles and im not sure how you do that on that year.
