Icon5 Interior LEDs

What's the best way to wire these up to come on with the dash lights? I tried using the blue/red wire from the dimmer switch but they still wont power on. Any solutions?

I'm trying to install two into the air vents above the radio. I used the blue/red wire from the foglight switch for the + and the black wire from the foglight switch for the ground. Still not working.. Any solutions?

If your trying to get like a glow effect, I used a wire going to my windshildwiper fuse. It works perfect becuase its on when the keys on run or ACC.

I'll have to post pictures with what I did.

I drilled a hole a little to small for 5mm LED's in the bottom of my cup holders, and siliconed it lots. The drinks in the back light up blue now.

also wired a couple under the dash so its like a blue glow around your feet

Thats not what he wants to do at all, he wants them to be on when he turns the dash light on.

Yeah but its easier to do it this way. and if there LED is it really going to hurt to run them all the time? they draw like no power and create like no heat.

Also I guess you could look up what fuse it is for your instrument pannel and so on and run a wire to that fuse.

I have all my stuff in my ranger and my evo on switches incase I get bored of it.

Put it in parallel with your parking lights circuit.
