Seat swap

I want to take the 60 40 split out of me reg cab ranger and do a full bucket seat swap out of an explorer. What would I need to do to make it work right and be functional?

Get regular seat tracks off of a '97 and older regular cab. I don't remember how much older. Unbolt the power seat tracks off the explorer seats and bolt up the non-power ones to the explorer seats. I may need to trim one of the holes on the tracks to have it bolt to the floor. Did this in a friends regular cab and wasn't hard.

depends on what year you have. what robert posted works for 98+. 97 and older it's a directly bolt in to your original tracks.

Ahh, yes. This is true. I should have stated that.
