Interior build (with pics)
I have a 1999 XLT single cab minitruck with the gray interior. The seat and headliner had multiple cigarette burns. The seats and carpet were stained, I was not real happy with anything. So here we go.
I began modding the interior first by having a dirtbike buddy "418" build a shallow mount speaker box for a 10'' Kicker CVT, on the right.
The second thing was the billet AC *****, shifter ****, and then a NRC billet steering wheel with billet adapter.
Next was a 2006 Explorer gauge cluster
Mustang GT bullet pedals installed today. Lots of time went into this mod. Cut off wheel required.
The fifth mod is a Hurst shift kit with the longer arm (part#8022), I had to fab a bracket because it would hit dash in 1st,3rd, and 5th. Installed today. 2.25'' chrome ball is in the mail for the second time now. The first USPS lost it.
Painted the air gauge pods to match interior. (upper left corner) need a better pic. Also installed LED in air gauges, difficult mod do to tight work space trying to hook everything back up. They use to be black.
Interior is completely gutted, still working on driveshaft tunnel and wiring clean up.
Headliner and sun visors are back from reupholstery shop. Mr. C reupholstery is doing the work.
2.5'' chrome shifter ball for the long Hurst arm.
Over the next few weeks you can expect to see even more interior mods. It takes time.

Thanks for all the kind words and the support gentlemen. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this. It is actually pretty fun, it is alot of work but I love it. I can not wait to finish it.
The bullet pedals have a rubber boot that you have to slide over your existing pedals. The bullet pedals are tapered. The stock pads are square, this required some cutting. I made a template and marked the stock metal pads exactly where to cut. The stock gas pedal is a one piece plastic unit, after this mod it is a two piece. Take the gas pedal out. Then narrow the bottom using a mini hack. Then cut the majority of the plastic off the back of the bullet so it will sit flat. Drill one hole throw the gas pedal and put a small bolt through to secure the pad to the pedal. You can barely see the nut on the gas pedal in the pic. I should have taken some pics to show. There is some on here from 2006 or so. I used black magic tire shine to slick up the rubber boot. It helps slide them over the brake and clutch pedals.
Not very hard to do, I thought it would be harder to complete. You need a T50 torx. I ripped the ribbon cable out of mine. But for you just keep it and plug into your new stock wheel. With the steering wheel off, it is a great time to do LEDs or any gauge cluster mods.
Thank you sir.
I picked up the medium gray suede headliner and sun visors, I will be waiting until some other loose end are complete to install. They look so sweet reupholstered in suede.
The first post is updated.

Full Hurst shift kit. Hurst offers several different size arms with different bends.
Yesterday I got a lot of prep and paint work completed for the interior. I went with a granite gray satin finish rattle can. The radio bezel was the hardest because of the rubber coating.
Sanded down and primered.
Cup holders are done.
We are finished after three coats of paint.

Thank you Razor, I got more work done today. Painted radio bezel is back in. Chrome shift ball is installed. Door sills and dome light came in today. Another shout out to that boy Buggman for the hookup on the mustang dome light. Got pics? Yes sir!
Shifter is complete, custom boot is coming soon. Painted radio bezel, the garage is dark for photos.
Buggman hooked it up nicely. Got them LEDs shining bright. Thank you sir.
I order two sets of door sills, this is the cheaper set. The next ones will be custom made polished billet.
