plastic
i have a pocket on my stereo headunit adapter. i don't want a pocket, i need some plastic to fill that hole in, i want to fill it entirely, not just the hole, but the area around the pocket hole, so it's one solid piece that fills it perfectly. i want to put some push button switches in here... so where do i get a piece of plastic to fill this hole? i want something textured so it blends in... black of course

crutchfield sent me this one it said for like up to 98? i think. I was mad at first when i opened the box but then it fit so i was ok with it. i like it cause the little part pops out to do the switches so you dont have to pull your radio everytime.

ummmm.....
all 95+ Rangers take the same adaptor. Alot of other FoMoCo vehicles take the same adaptor too....just changes need made to it for certain applications and that's all noted in the instructions.
I've always been wanting to find me the non-pocket kind or the one that has the pocket, but it has that filler piece or whatever. That cubbyhole does nothing for me and I do nothing with it. lol. The problem I always have is that every audio place I've been to locally only has the pocket kind. They say they've never seen one without a cubby. Time for me to call up Crutchfield.
Oh...and I totally LOL'd at you Weezl for thinking flowmaster makes car audio equipment... plexi for the wheelwells??
